In accordance with CDC guidellines and social distancing practices, a 1930’s themed run/walk that uses our past to benefit our future. At the event:
- “Great Candy Heist Run” for 10 & under. Free for kids signed up for 5k/2K or whose parents are signed up
- Dillinger related items at the event.
- Costume Contests & Awards for Top Overall, Top Masters & Top 3 Finishers in each age group, Clydesdale & Athena awards.
- Post race snacks & pizza from Carriage Court Pizza & DJ music by DJ Donnie.
COST thru June 25th: $20 for adults, $15 for kids (12 & under). NO race day sign ups! Under 3 are free. Shirts extra $14 available thru June 21st. Strollers welcome.
Packet Pickup: Sunday, June 28th, 7:00 – 7:40 am, Lake Co. Fairgrounds.

COURSE: This timed 5K/2K Run/Walk takes place through the Fairgrounds. Included along this wooded route is a covered bridge, historic buildings and a scenic lake.
RACE AWARDS: Top Overall, Top Master (40+), Clydesdale (Men 210+ lbs), Athena (Women 170+ lbs), Top Three finishers in each age group. Due to this being a smaller race, age groups will be in 10 year spans.

Charities Supported: This event supports the Crown Point Police K-9 Unit where four legged officers assist their human partners in tracking, narcotics discovery, building searches, area searches, and criminal apprehension
Please note: No refunds will be given due to weather. Should we not be able to do the race due to future Stay at Home orders or restrictions, you will be receive a credit to a future race.
