It’s the Monday after Thanksgiving. You are likely feeling bloated. You have weighed yourself and are maybe regretting some of the things you ate and drank, right?
There is no need to regret it! You enjoyed time with your family, and the food and drinks. Do you eat this way all the time,? No. So don’t beat yourself up for one day off your normal routine. Today is a new day. Get back on track with your usual eating and exercise habits and you’ll feel better within days! Remember it’s okay to have a sweet or something out of your normal routine every once in awhile. Just don’t make it an “all the time” habit. ~ Coach Steph
